Job summary

Cultfit Healthcare Pvt Ltd is hiring an Associate Center Manager for our Delhi center. The role focuses on driving memberships through direct sales, converting inquiries, and upselling services while ensuring smooth center operations and excellent member experience.

The ACM will manage daily class flow, trainer punctuality, inventory, and customer issue resolution, with a rotational weekly off and straight or split shifts. A graduate-level education is required, with formal attire for interviews.

Shift Timings: Straight Shift 5.30 to 2.30 PM or 1.30 TO 10.30 PM)

Split Shifts : 5;30am to 9;30am and 5pm to 10pm (Twice Weekly)

Weekly Off: 1 (Rotational)

Compensation: 3 Lpa fixed + ₹7,000–10,000 incentives (based on performance)
