Job summary

Cultfit is seeking an Associate Centre Manager to lead center sales, member experience, inventory management, and people management. You will drive memberships, renewals, and upsells while ensuring smooth daily operations and high standards across classes and facilities.

You will engage with members, handle escalations, gather feedback for continuous improvement, and represent Cultfit as the primary centre contact.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Growth: Own monthly targets for memberships, renewals, and upsells; Drive walk-in/trial conversions through consultations; Manage membership conversion with documentation.
• Centre Operations Management: Ensure smooth daily operations with the checklist tool; Oversee class schedules, trainer punctuality, and session readiness; Conduct daily facility audits for cleanliness, safety, and brand standards; Manage inventory of essentials and restock as needed; Address gaps related to attendance, bookings, equipment, or facility.
• Member Experience & Engagement: Build rapport with members to create a welcoming environment; Resolve escalations and ensure smooth experience before/during/after class; Capture and document feedback for improvement; Uphold Cultfit service quality as the centre’s primary representative.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

• Own monthly targets for memberships, renewals, and upsells.
• Drive walk-in/trial conversions through effective consultations.
• Manage the entire membership conversion process with clean, consistent, and accurate documentation via portal.

Centre Operations Management

• Ensure smooth daily operations using the desired checklist tool.
• Oversee class schedules, trainer punctuality, and session readiness.
• Conduct daily facility audits to maintain cleanliness, safety, and brand standards.
• Manage inventory of essentials (first-aid, water etc) and ensure timely restocking.
• Address operational gaps related to attendance, bookings, equipment, or facility.

Member Experience & Engagement

• Build strong rapport with members to create a welcoming, community-driven environment.
• Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth before/during/after-class experience.
• Capture and document feedback from members and trainers for continuous improvement.
• Uphold Cultfit service quality and be the primary representative of the centre.
