Job summary

We are looking for an early-careerprofessional who is exceptionally strong in execution and operations, and wantsto develop into a high-quality Program Manager capable of running complex,multi-stakeholder initiatives at scale.

The role will initially work closely onIncubator Manager Training (IMT) and new ECB projects, including programs implemented across multiple states and regions in partnership with central andstate government institutions and other strategic partners of IIMB Innovations.

What you will work on

You will support the planning and own theexecution of large-scale capacity-building and ecosystem-developmentprograms, including:

• Incubator Manager Training and other capability-building initiatives forincubation and entrepreneurship support professionals.
• NewECB programs being developed with government, institutional, philanthropicand ecosystem partners.
• Multi-state and national projects requiring coordination acrossinstitutions, faculty, experts, implementation partners and programparticipants.
• Workshops, training programs, convening, field engagements and otherprogram interventions.
• Internal systems that allow ECB programs to scale without compromisingprogram quality.

Prior experience working with governmentinstitutions, entrepreneurship programs, incubators, universities, consultingengagements or large-scale training programs will be valuable, but is notmandatory.
