Job summary

NSRCEL is seeking an early-career professional for an Associate / Assistant Manager role in Bengaluru, with travel across India. The position emphasizes program operations, execution, and multi-stakeholder coordination within incubator and ECB programs.

You will work on Incubator Manager Training, new ECB initiatives with government and partners, and scale programs across states with rigorous reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Have 1-4 years of professional experience in program management, consulting, operations, development sector organizations, startups, foundations, government programs, incubation, education or related environments.
• Highly organized and enjoy bringing structure to complex programs.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines, stakeholders and moving parts simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interact confidently with senior institutional stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, presentations, trackers, budgets and program data.
• Strong attention to detail without losing sight of program objectives.
• Willing to travel across India for program implementation and stakeholder engagements.
• Demonstrate ownership and proactively drive tasks.
• Comfortable operating in evolving program systems.
• Prior experience with government institutions, entrepreneurship programs, incubators, universities, or large-scale training programs is valuable but not mandatory.

Job Summary

Location: Bengaluru, with travel across India as required

We are looking for an early-career professional who is exceptionally strong in execution and operations, and wants to develop into a high-quality Program Manager capable of running complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives at scale.

The role will initially work closely on Incubator Manager Training (IMT) and new ECB projects, including programs implemented across multiple states and regions in partnership with central and state government institutions and other strategic partners of IIMB Innovations.
