Randstad India Private Limited seeks a seasoned program manager to lead the planning, development and execution of initiatives from concept through implementation. You will guide large, diverse teams to deliver programs effectively.

You will set objectives, milestones, and measurable outcomes, coordinating with stakeholders across academia, industry, researchers, policymakers, and other organisations to ensure timely delivery and sustained impact.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognised institution; diverse backgrounds encouraged.
• Experience in program management, consulting, research, public policy, social impact, education, healthcare, science, industry, or related fields will be an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience taking projects from conception to execution.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, development, and execution of programs from concept through implementation.
• Lead and manage large, diverse teams to deliver programs and initiatives effectively.
• Set clear objectives, priorities, roles, and deliverables for teams, and ensure strong execution.
• Build high-performing teams by providing direction, mentoring team members, and fostering ownership and accountability.
• Translate strategic objectives into clear work plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Identify and resolve operational and execution challenges to keep programs on track.
• Conduct research and analysis to understand issues and inform program design.
• Build and manage relationships with stakeholders across academia, industry, policymakers, and other organisations.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure effective and timely delivery of initiatives.
• Track program progress, identify challenges, and take corrective action.
• Develop presentations, reports, briefs, and other communication materials for stakeholders.
• Contribute to building systems, processes, and institutional capabilities to scale programs and create sustained impact.
