Job summary

Poddar Group Of Institution in Jaipur invites an experienced incubation leader to drive our incubation center, mentor startups, and build a robust ecosystem through partnerships with investors, industry leaders, and academia.

You will oversee fundraising, program development, research, and strategic planning, lead a dynamic team, and ensure rigorous reporting and documentation to advance innovation and entrepreneurship across the institution.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (MBA preferred) in business/entrepreneurship/engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in start-up incubation, entrepreneurship, VC, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of the start-up ecosystem and business development processes.
• Experience guiding early-stage startups through growth challenges.
• Ability to establish partnerships with investors, industry leaders, and academia.
• Excellent mentoring, leadership, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of fundraising mechanisms and investor engagement.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven track record of launching and growing start-ups or incubation centers.

• Prior experience in an academic or institutional setting, particularly in managing incubators or innovation labs.
