Eclat Health Solutions is seeking an Associate/Analyst M&A to support live transactions and strategic investments in healthcare services and technology. You will evaluate deals, build models, conduct diligence, and coordinate with senior leadership and advisors.

The role emphasizes financial analysis, valuation, and post-acquisition performance assessment within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Investment Banking, M&A Advisory, Transaction Advisory, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or similar transaction-focused roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, accounting, and financial statement analysis.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate acquisition and strategic investment opportunities in healthcare services and technology.
• Review CIMs, financial statements, business plans, and transaction materials.
• Build financial models, projections, valuation analyses, and sensitivity scenarios.
• Support M&A transactions from initial screening through LOI, due diligence, signing, and closing.
• Coordinate with management teams, investment bankers, legal, accounting, tax, and other advisors.
• Conduct industry, market, competitor, and target-company research.
• Analyze strategic fit, synergies, transaction returns, and funding requirements.
• Prepare investment summaries, management presentations, and Board-level materials.
• Support post-acquisition integration, synergy tracking, and performance analysis.

Job Summary
Eclat Health Solutions is looking for a highly analytical.

Associate/Analyst M&A to support live M&A transactions and strategic investment initiatives. The role will involve deal evaluation, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, transaction execution, and post-acquisition analysis, with direct exposure to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate acquisition and strategic investment opportunities in healthcare services and technology.
• Review CIMs, financial statements, business plans, and transaction materials.
• Build financial models, projections, valuation analyses, and sensitivity scenarios.
• Support M&A transactions from initial screening through LOI, due diligence, signing, and closing.

• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• MBA/PGDM Finance, CA, CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Healthcare or technology-enabled services experience is an advantage.
