Role Description

This is a full-time Associate role based on-site in India. The Associate will support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities, including market analysis, identifying potential targets, and conducting due diligence. Key responsibilities also include preparing financial models and reports, supporting strategic decision-making, and collaborating with clients to align transactions with business goals. The Associate will manage workflow efficiently and deliver results in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills for evaluating M&A opportunities
• Experience in market research, data analysis, and target identification
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client collaboration and reporting
• Knowledge in corporate finance, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and projects effectively
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
