• Candidates should possess exposure to private equity, investment banking, or transaction advisory environments, with an understanding of deal cycles and investor expectations.
• Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional qualifications such as CA, CFA, MBA (Finance), or CS are an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports, pitch decks, and client presentations.

Role Description

The Mergers and Acquisitions Associate will support end-to-end transaction advisory, including evaluation, structuring, and execution of M&A deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial, legal, and tax due diligence; performing valuations and financial modeling; preparing transaction documents and investor materials; and assisting in deal negotiations and closings. The role requires close collaboration with senior advisors and cross-functional teams to analyze strategic fit, identify risks, and recommend solutions that align with client objectives. The Associate will also monitor market trends, support business development initiatives, and contribute to client presentations and reports. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.
