Responsibilities

Process and investigate chargeback and dispute cases.
Review transaction records and supporting documents to determine dispute validity.
Analyze fraudulent, unauthorized, and cardholder dispute transactions.
Prepare chargeback representations and follow-ups with merchants/acquirers.
Ensure compliance with Visa, Mastercard, and UK banking regulations.
Maintain dispute records and update internal systems accurately.
Meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
Provide timely resolutions and customer-focused support.

Job Description

The UK Chargeback Analyst will be responsible for managing cardholder disputes and merchant chargebacks for UK-based clients while ensuring compliance with card scheme regulations and banking standards.
