Job summary

Paytm is seeking a detail-oriented chargeback specialist to manage chargebacks, disputes, and transaction issues within defined SLAs. You will investigate disputes, collect evidence, and coordinate with banks, merchants, and internal teams.

You will track cases, maintain dispute records, and prepare MIS reports while ensuring timely closure within defined TAT. Strong Excel and analytical/problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in chargeback, payment operations, dispute management, or banking operations.
• Basic understanding of digital payments, UPI, card transactions, and refunds.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
