You will monitor renewals, ensure uniform practices, and provide strategic inputs for geographic growth while aligning with top- and bottom-line targets.

Formación

• Experience in agency sales/insurance preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the district and surrounding areas.

Responsabilidades

• Drive agency premium growth for Health business in the Chennai region.
• Monitor and drive agency business through recruitment, activation and productivity programs.
• Maintain uniform agency practices and engagement matrices across the location.
• Ensure renewals meet targets and contribute to top-line and bottom-line goals.
• Provide strategic geographical inputs and periodic reviews to design and implement plans.

b. To monitor and drive Agency business of location through:

• Agency Recruitment
• Agent Activation
• Agent Productivity
• Agent Engagement Matrix

c. To drive the key agency matrix and uniform practices

d. Achieve the top line and bottom line as per defined matrix

e. Provide strategic inputs from geographical perspective and periodically review, design and implement

plans

f. Driving renewals as per target
