Job summary

HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Limited in Tamil Nadu seeks a field leadership role to drive Agency premium in Health business across the region. The position focuses on monitoring and growing Agency channels, enforcing uniform practices, and achieving defined financial targets.

You will lead Agency Recruitment, Activation, Productivity and Engagement, design geography-based strategies, periodically review and implement plans, and drive renewals to meet top-line and bottom-line goals.
