SkillLabs in India is seeking a recruitment-focused professional to build a robust agent network, align with business targets, and drive performance through structured training and field activities.

The role emphasizes developing agent pipelines, improving referral-based hiring, and ensuring alignment with MLI standards and sales practices to deepen customer loyalty and product knowledge across the agent network.

Formación

• Experience in sourcing and recruiting agents.

Responsabilidades

• Develop various sources of agent hiring and build a team of agents and an agent pipeline.
• Conduct activities to enhance agent footfall and referrals for new hiring.
• Implement MLI GOLD process and adhere to business norms.
• Follow agent 9 pointer hiring mechanism and other hiring norms.
• Ensure product knowledge through MLI training approaches.
• Perform field demonstrations (FODs).
• Develop agent prospecting, calling, and work habits.

Key Responsibilities: AgentRecruitment

• Developvarious sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line.
• Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring
• Implementation of MLI GOLD process and adhere to the business norms
• Followagent 9 pointer hiring mechanism & other hiring norms AgentDevelopment
• Ensureproduct knowledge by MLI ways of training
• Fielddemonstration (FOD’s)
• Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits.
• Workwithagent onplanning and reviewing of activities and goals.
• Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same
• MeetBusiness Targets Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans.
• Improve agent productivity & persistency by regular PRP/IID/GID etc…
• Ensure companies product mix sales ration and adhere to the business norms.
• Maintain agent pro activity as per business plan o CustomerCentricity
• BeMLIbrandambassador &a customer champion
• FollowMLIsales practice to develop deep customer loyalty
• Holdperiodical customer meet to understand customer pulse & need
• Ensure customer queries are responded to satisfactorily as per MLI standard.
