Acuity Analytics, part of Acuity Knowledge Partners, seeks a Portfolio Monitoring Analyst to join the Private Markets team in Gurugram. You will update portfolio details and quarterly reporting templates, analyze fund performance from cash flows and reports, and compute valuation metrics such as IRR and multiples.

You will track operational KPIs, reconcile data, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely information to clients.

Qualifications

• 1–10 years of experience in relevant financial services, incl. Management Reporting or Operational Finance.
• Post-graduate / CFA / CA / MBA / CCRA / CIIA / CAIA or equivalent.
• Experience with AI-enabled data analytics is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Updating and managing portfolio details of various private equity funds.
• Updating pre-defined investor specific quarterly bespoke reporting templates.
• Analyze PE Funds performance by going through fund cash flows and quarterly/financial reports.
• Analyzing and calculating fund valuation data such as investment cost, realized / unrealized value, gross / net multiple, gross / net IRR and financial KPIs such as revenue, EBITDA, net debt, valuation / leverage multiples.
• Tracking the performance of operational KPIs and operational updates on quarterly basis.
• Creating / updating fund track record and reconciling the data using cash flow notices.
• Calculating fund multiples and IRRs using cash flows and performing various fund analytics such as attribution and value creation analysis.
• Reconciling the portfolio development data including geographical presence, headquarter and portfolio leverage.
• Coordinating with different teams to get right information on time and communicating on a constant basis with clients on the status of tasks.

• E - front + ilevel + Power BI + MicrosoftAccess experience is an added advantage
• Goodto have: Knowledge of AI capabilities and practical business applications is aplus.
