• Use effective written and verbal communication to clarify requirements, report discrepancies, and escape issues.
• Manage time efficiently to meet daily and weekly productivity targets.
• Adhere to banking policies, compliance standards, confidentiality requirements, and audit-sensitive procedures.
• Identify errors or process deviations, maintain accurate records, and support audit readiness.
