Job summary

WNS, part of Capgemini, is seeking a Finance & Accounting professional to manage General Ledger duties in India with exposure to ERP systems (SAP-Fiori) and tooling like Blackline. The role supports client SLAs, MIS reporting, and review processes while coordinating across teams, including potential UK-shift work.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in F&A General Ledger within BPO or services, with strong communication, multi-tasking, and detail-oriented skills. Commerce graduates are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of work experience in F&A General Ledger.
• Experience in service/BPO is a plus.
• Commerce graduates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client SLAs and deliverables are met.
• Perform MIS (count sheets, internal & external reporting).
• Strong ERP familiarity, SAP-Fiori; assist in review processes.
• Attend meetings and training as required; drive initiatives and team-building activities.

To attend all meetings and training as per requirements Review resource performance, The candidate should have 1-3 Years of Work Experience in F&A in the area of General Ledger. Prior experience in service/ BPO industry.
