WNS Global Services in Mumbai is hiring Lead Associate - Transactional Quality (Accounts Payable / AP / PTP / Invoice Processing) to join our AP quality team. The role focuses on executing quality checks, ensuring process compliance, and supporting continuous improvement in a high-volume finance operations environment.

Candidates should have 2-3 years in F&A AP, invoice processing, ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle preferred), and strong MS Office skills; flexibility with shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Commerce graduate or postgraduate with proficiency in MS Office and strong communication/presentation skills.
• Advanced Excel and automation background preferred.
• ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle preferred).

Responsabilités

• Perform transactional quality checks based on sampling strategy on various AP activities.
• ISO documentation & compliance checks.
• Prepare process specific reports and dashboards.
• Share inputs for Process Training and improve QA processes.
• Track SLA CTQs related to process accuracy.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
• Participate in client and internal meetings and drive quality metrics.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&A Accounts Payable, Invoice Processing, Payment Processing and Batch run, Vendor Set ups , Reporting and Compliance Payment scheduling and execution, Travel & Expense processing & audit, Month and Year end reporting etc.- ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle Preferable)Candidate should be flexible with shifts.

• Knowledge/Qualifications/ Competency / Work Experience:- Commerce Graduate / Post Graduate with proficiency in MS Office, Good Communication / Presentation Skills.


• Six Sigma Trained preferred


• Candidates only from a BPO / KPO Background


• Candidates preferred with advanced excel and automation background with sound knowledge


• Candidates preferred with prior work experience in TQ Management & Mentoring projects/ BQ Management/ RCA/ Reporting/ Error Analysis/ Client & Stakeholder Management.


• Ensure adherence to defined SLAs, processes are compliant from risk perspective, continuous reduction in errors / customer comebacks, drive QDNA metrics [Brainwaves, Kaizen].


• Facilitate sharing of best practices from within and outside the organization and implement them.


• Take charge of internal meetings / client meetings etc.


• Create and manage performance dashboards, which depicts business and ops metrics clearly.


• Open to stretch if needed to meet team and organizational goals.
