Job summary

WNS (Holdings) Limited in Thane, Maharashtra is seeking a Graduate fresher or HSC holder to join our customer service team. You will answer incoming calls, research and resolve queries, and maintain accuracy while aiming for quality targets.

You will need good listening and communication skills, computer proficiency, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to meet internal production and productivity targets.

Qualifications
