Job summary

Bhive is seeking an Assistant Vice President in Bengaluru to lead People & Culture, aligning HR strategies with business goals. You will drive engagement, leadership development, and policy implementation across a multi-location setup.

The role requires extensive experience across compliance, talent acquisition, and talent management, with a close partnership to the CEO’s Office. A strategic, results-driven approach is essential to shape BHIVE’s people agenda.

Qualifications

• 10–14 years in HR spanning compliance, talent acquisition, and talent management at leadership level.
• Hands-on delivery of statutory compliance (PF/ESI/POSH/labour law) in a multi-location setup.
• Overseeing talent acquisition function—pipelines, hiring manager coordination, metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management; close coordination with CEO’s Office and other heads.
• Nice-to-have: coworking/real estate exposure; familiarity with HRMS/payroll tools like Keka.

Responsibilities

• Lead People & Culture initiatives and drive employee engagement strategies.
• Build designation and promotion framework with department heads and the CEO’s Office.
• Set clear, measurable goals and track progress through 1:1s and reviews.
• Run regular pulse checks and translate findings into action plans with owners.
• Partner with Marketing & Communications for internal policy communications.
• Keep HR policies current with regulatory changes and ensure consistent application.
• Oversee talent acquisition, including pipeline reviews, hiring manager coordination, and metrics.
• Collaborate across Finance, Sales, Projects, and External Relations leads.
