• Digital Partner Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process through seamless API integration.
• Channel Partner Development: Identify and pursue new digital insurance broker partnerships.
• Understanding Digital Partner Requirements: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ascertain partners’ needs and focus on Channel-centric API development.
• Competitor Benchmarking: Analyze partners journeys on competing platforms and implement best practices to enhance user experience.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Integration: Facilitate system integration, oversee UAT, and ensure testing is completed within established timelines.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Provide comprehensive support to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth business operations.
• Gap Analysis: Address and resolve any partner escalations in a timely manner; identify process gaps and implement permanent digital solutions.
• Reporting and MIS: Generate reports and monitor business metrics to ensure performance visibility.
• Budget & profitability: Achieve the Budgeted target for GWP and MCOR keeping business within profitability matrix.
