Job summary

Policybazaar in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced AVP Telesales to lead and manage large-scale outbound telesales operations in Hyderabad. This senior leadership role requires a high-energy sales leader who can drive revenue, build scalable sales processes, and lead a large telesales team.

You will own targets, mentor senior managers, and drive performance through KPI management, incentives, and coaching.

Qualifications

• 12–16+ years of overall sales/leadership experience.
• Fluency in Telugu.
• Experience managing large-scale outbound telesales / contact center operations.
• Experience overseeing 400+ employees in high-volume sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Telesales/Call Center sales function.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & revenue targets.
• Manage large-scale operations with 90–120+ member teams.
• Drive conversion, productivity, revenue, and customer acquisition.
• Track key metrics including connectivity, conversion, revenue per agent, productivity, AHT, occupancy & funnel performance.
• Drive performance through KPI/KRA management, incentives, contests & PIPs.
• Develop and mentor the second line of leadership Senior Managers, Managers, Team Leaders & Team Coaches.
• Build scalable sales strategies and continuously improve operational performance.
