• Keeping Training Dynamic and Updated: The Coordinator continuously improves training methods to adapt to new trends, technologies, and client expectations. These responsibilities are vital for the success of the BPO, as they ensure that employees are skilled and ready to perform their roles effectively, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
