Job summary

Hexaware Technologies in Chennai invites an experienced Assistant Manager Training to lead and manage our training operations for international inbound BPO processes. The role focuses on building capable teams, delivering new hire and refresher trainings, and driving KPI-driven outcomes.

You will collaborate with Operations and Quality, design content, manage trainers, publish dashboards for leadership, and continuously improve training methodologies to ensure high standards and throughput.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years overall experience in BPO training.
• At least 1+ year on-paper experience as Assistant Manager Training.
• Must have handled Domestic Inbound processes.
• Graduation is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and team handling ability.
• Preferred from Chennai locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end training lifecycle for inbound e-commerce customer support processes.
• Design and deliver new hire training, refresher training, and upskilling programs.
• Lead training batches and ensure successful certification and throughput.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, nesting performance, and KPIs.

The role requires a strong background in BPO training, inbound customer service programs, and team capability development. The candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills and proven experience managing training teams and stakeholders.
