Job summary

Sociopool India is seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Director in managing daily professional and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities include maintaining the Director’s schedule and travel plans, coordinating meetings, responding to calls and emails, and liaising with clients, team members, and vendors.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Hindi; basic proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Graduation or Diploma in any stream.
  • Prior experience as personal assistant or administrative support is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage the Director’s daily schedule, including meetings, health routines, follow-ups, and travel plans.
  • Monitor and respond to calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails; respond on behalf of the Director when required.
  • Coordinate with clients, team members, vendors, delivery services, and other stakeholders efficiently.
  • Organize essentials such as medicines, appointments, and daily errands; track and follow up on pending orders, queries, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports outlining completed and pending tasks across office operations.
  • Assist in managing the child’s school routine including homework tracking, coordinating teacher meetings, and maintaining a school schedule.
  • Help plan and arrange family events, birthdays, and small gatherings.
  • Schedule and manage appointments for family members including spouse, parents, or home staff.
  • Coordinate travel and outing plans with family members.

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
Professional & Daily Life Management
  • Maintain and manage the Director’s daily schedule, including meetings, health routines, follow-ups, and travel plans.
  • Monitor and respond to calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails; respond on behalf of the Director when required.
  • Coordinate with clients, team members, vendors, delivery services, and other stakeholders efficiently.

Family & Home Support

Required Skills & Qualities

  • Fluent in Hindi; basic proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Professional demeanor; soft-spoken, polite, and people-friendly.
  • Capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information.
  • Comfortable using tools such as Google Calendar, WhatsApp Web, Email, MS Excel, Notes, etc.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in a personal assistant or administrative support role is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with both corporate and family environments will be preferred.
Education
