Job summary

Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) in Mumbai seeks a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on diversity. You will manage sourcing, screening and interviewing for openings within HGSBS, while guiding hiring managers on effective recruitment strategies and inclusive hiring practices.

You will design recruitment initiatives, maintain a talent inventory, publish materials and ensure an excellent candidate experience from first touch to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end recruitment for large, global organizations.
• Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and drive diversity-focused hiring.
• Proven track record in sourcing, screening and interviewing; maintaining candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment process for assigned openings, from intake to onboarding.

Job description

Primary Responsibility:

• Responsible for all aspects of recruitment; provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment with a high level of focus on diversity.


• Manage the recruiting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing of applicants for assigned openings within HGSBS.


• Leading, growing and always progressing a collaborative, diverse and inclusive team of TA professionals committed to delivering hiring outcomes.


• Maintain effective working relationships with hiring managers to ensure understanding and support for recruiting needs beginning with an intake call.


• Collaborate with managers to design specific recruiting and selection initiatives, effectively administer selection and placement initiatives to meet those needs.


• Conduct screening interviews to determine which candidates meet minimum qualifications.


• Create and maintain the Talent inventory of the organization to help assess the available skills for future manpower requirements.


• Create and publish professional recruiting materials and advertising as needed.


• Develop and implement selection procedures, including applicant tracking, interviewing, testing, reference and background checking.


• Develop and maintain a broad range of external networks, research and source new recruiting avenues within specialized fields related to HGSBS; develop and sustain internal and external contacts.


• Ensure consistent and excellent candidate experiences from the first touch, through a warm handover, to onboarding.


• Regular reporting, status updates, and consultations with your hiring managers, holding all accountable to hiring velocity while you own quality.


• Coordinate with the HR team for smooth onboarding of employees,
