Job summary

Livspace operates an Experience Center in India and seeks a customer-focused operations associate to manage daily premises activities and guest flow. You will oversee opening/closing, housekeeping, and inventory, ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety rules.

In this role you will handle customer qualification, ticketing, and escalation while coordinating with admin and service teams to deliver a seamless experience and continuous improvement across the center.

Responsibilities

• Manage store opening, closing, and shift handovers as per SOP.
• Ensure housekeeping SOP compliance, cleanliness standards, attendance tracking, and timely replacement of worn-out items.
• Conduct display audits and ensure visual merchandising compliance across the Experience Center.
• Perform routine facility checks, manage consumables, oversee coffee machine/equipment maintenance, and coordinate with admin teams.
• Monitor service provider SLAs and escalate facility or maintenance issues as required.
• Deliver a warm meet-and-greet experience and ensure effective customer qualification upon arrival.
• Own customer ticket management, VMS entries, escalation handling, and resolution tracking.
• Minimize customer wait times through efficient designer allocation and queue management.
• Track walkouts, collect customer feedback, and implement actions to improve the overall customer experience.
• Ensure adherence to operational standards, safety guidelines, and company policies while driving continuous improvement.
