Job summary

Modular Containers is seeking an Assistant General Manager - Site Installation to plan, execute and supervise installation activities across project sites. You will ensure quality, timely delivery, and effective coordination between factory, site, and corporate teams while managing client relationships and resolving site challenges.

The role requires 12-15 years of experience in site installation/execution and leadership across Pan India locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil) with site execution experience.
• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil preferred; MBA/ M.Tech adds advantage.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in site execution, planning or finishing works in reputed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead site inspections and ensure pre-clearance activities are completed before starting installation.
• Plan and manage installation work as per project timelines.
• Allocate machines, manpower and materials for different sites.
• Lead and manage site teams across Pan India locations.
• Monitor ongoing installation work and share regular updates with management.
• Coordinate between factory, site teams and corporate office.
• Manage vendors and ensure timely support and delivery at sites.
• Handle client communication and resolve site issues quickly.
• Guide site teams in day-to-day activities and decision-making.
• Ensure safety rules and standard practices are followed at all sites.
