Job summary

Azure Systems in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Site Planning & Execution Leader to coordinate design teams, establish site execution plans, and set weekly and monthly targets for conducting works across multiple sites in Andheri East. The role demands 8–10 years of hands-on site management experience with at least Rs 150 Lakhs per site value.

The candidate will oversee procurement coordination, material inspections, vendor management, and timely billing reports, while representing the company

Qualifications

A. Job Description:

The Candidate is expected to Conduct/ Organise/Manage the following activities on an ongoing basis.

• Establishing the Site execution Plan in coordination with the Design team.
• Prioritizing the site execution activities depending on the site clearances.
• Establishing weekly, monthly targets for execution of works at all Sites, based on the Site execution plan.
• Periodic reviewing of the work progress of each of the sites - and ensuring the compliance of all aspects like Work Schedule, Quality, Approved drawings.
• Periodic review of material requirement at sites and ensuring that the site team is in coordination with the office procurement team for the same.
• Ensuring that each of the sites are doing timely submission of Material Inspection Reports and Joint Measurement reports to the Office for Billing purposes.
• Ensuring that the sites are effectively managing the vendors, their execution schedules , managing the aspects of vendor measurements and timely payments
• Representing the Organisation in Client meetings of these sites.
• Overseeing the hiring process of the individual site supervisors who shall be permanently stationed at these sites.
• Weekly Work progress Reporting to the Senior management

B. Other Details & Requirments

• Knowledge of Air Conditioning and Ventilation systems is a must. Candidate will be expected to have through awareness of ALL the sites allotted to him/her in terms of quantities, activities, scope of work, drawings etc.

• Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

• Experience: 8 to 10 Years of handling at least multiples sites in the above capacity, each work value being minimum Rs 150 Lakhs

• Office Location: Andheri East. Mumbai
• Salary: Depending upon the candidate.
