Job summary

Visionary Recruitment Services Chennai seeks a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee installation on project sites, ensuring accurate measurements and timely completion. You will coordinate with production, sales, and customers, manage installation teams, and maintain precise documentation.

The role requires 2–5 years in site supervision, civil/mechanical technical background, strong communication, and willingness to travel to sites. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of site supervision experience.
• Experience in installation and team coordination.
• Knowledge of site measurements and drawings.
• Good communication and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned project sites daily and monitor installation progress.
• Take final site measurements and verify window/opening dimensions with the Sales Manager.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for production and site execution.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise installation teams and contractors.
• Ensure high-quality installation and timely project completion.
• Coordinate with Production, Back Office, Sales, and Customers for smooth project execution.
• Handle customer queries and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct final site inspections and hand over completed projects to customers.
• Collect signed site completion, handover, and customer feedback documents.
• Submit daily work reports and participate in weekly review meetings.
