Job summary

Mahavir Auto Diagnostics in Hyderabad is seeking a senior Workshop Manager to lead daily operations of the car workshop, supervise technicians, and ensure luxury vehicle servicing meets manufacturer standards.

The role requires 8-12 years in automotive workshops, hands-on diagnostics, and strong leadership to train and motivate the team while coordinating with Service Advisors, Parts, and Sales. Experience with premium brands and safety compliance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8–12 years of experience in an automotive workshop.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, servicing, and repair procedures.
• Experience with premium car brands and manufacturer standards preferred.
• Proven experience managing technicians and workshop operations.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
