Job summary

Ramada Encore Vrindavan is seeking a motivated Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager in driving hotel sales, building client relationships, and achieving business targets. You will engage with corporate clients, travel locally for meetings, and coordinate with hotel departments.

The role requires a graduate with 2–4 years of hotel sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Travel locally may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any field; Hotel Management/Sales background preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in hotel sales or related hospitality role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of corporate and local hotel sales.
• Strong client relationship and networking skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings when required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Support the team in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.
