Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, guiding a team of Sales Executives, and expanding client networks while collaborating with marketing to achieve revenue goals.

Formación

• 5–7 years of overall sales experience, preferably with experience in team handling.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience in Interiors, Real Estate, Furniture, Home Decor, or related industries will be an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Drive customer acquisition and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives.
• Coordinate with marketing and other internal teams to achieve business goals.
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
