Job summary

Dream Valley Resort in Hyderabad, India, is seeking an Asst. Manager – Outbound Sales to drive MICE and corporate sales.

You will lead lead generation, client meetings, outbound calls, proposals, follow-ups and closures to meet revenue targets. The role focuses on building strong corporate relationships, delivering compelling proposals, and coordinating with marketing and operations to convert opportunities into signed deals.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales and B2B corporate sales preferred.
• Ability to generate leads and convert into revenue.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive MICE and corporate sales through lead generation, client meetings, outbound calls, proposals, follow-ups and closures.
• Build and nurture corporate relationships to achieve revenue targets.
• Prepare and present proposals to clients and coordinate follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and sign-offs.
