Job summary

Nambiar Builders is seeking an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager - Sales to drive real estate sales, handle walk-ins, site visits, and presentations.

The ideal candidate should have 3–8 years of experience in high-value product or real estate sales, with strong communication and negotiation skills, and a willingness to work weekends. Owning a vehicle is preferred.

Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred. Salary ranges from 6 LPA to 10 LPA, based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred is a plus

Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in clients, site visits, and project presentations.
• Understand client needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable properties.
• Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
• Proficient in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work on weekends and flexible hours (weekly off on weekdays).
• Own vehicle preferred.
