Wave Cinemas in Greater Noida / Janakpuri is seeking a Deputy Manager – Cinema to oversee daily cinema operations and ensure excellent guest experiences. You will manage the operations team and maintain standards across all cinema departments.

The role requires a graduate, with cinema operations or hospitality experience, strong leadership, and MS Office skills. Rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays are part of the schedule.

Formación

• Graduate in any discipline; a degree or diploma in Hotel Management or Business Administration will be an advantage.
• Experience in cinema operations, hospitality, QSR, retail, or customer service management is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of operational procedures, customer service, sales, and revenue management.
• Ability to handle customer escalations and manage multiple operational activities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day cinema operations, including ticketing, box office, food and beverage, auditorium operations, and guest services.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints and escalations.
• Monitor ticket sales, F&B sales, revenue targets, and operational performance.
• Ensure proper auditorium readiness, cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with technical, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and F&B teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
• Manage staff attendance, duty rosters, shift planning, and manpower allocation.
• Monitor inventory, stock consumption, billing accuracy, and cash‑handling procedures.
• Prepare daily operational reports and share performance updates with management.
• Support promotional activities, customer engagement initiatives, and revenue enhancement strategies.
