Job summary

REBEL FOODS is seeking a hands-on Kitchen Operations Lead to manage end-to-end kitchen functions in Ahmedabad. You will supervise and train a diverse team, ensure top quality and hygiene, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive timely dispatch of orders.

The role requires strong leadership, inventory management, and the ability to monitor operations, control costs, and maintain equipment readiness to meet daily targets and customer satisfaction.

• Lead, train, and motivate team members and shift managers
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and timely order dispatch
• Manage inventory, stock control, and minimize wastage
• Handle daily cash, petty expenses, and sales reports
• Maintain operational checklists, reports, and audits
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is functional and well-maintained
• Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Supply Chain teams
• Plan shift rosters and manage staff attendance
• Drive team performance and ensure customer satisfaction
