Job summary

DMart Indore is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations, ensure flawless execution and exceptional customer service, and drive smooth shift turnover.

You will lead the team, optimise use of equipment, maintain hygiene standards, and ensure pizza production quality with zero compromise. Prior QSR leadership experience is required.

The role demands 3–5 years in a QSR environment, managing shifts and ensuring efficient operations under fast-paced conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have shift manager or similar experience in a reputed QSR brand.
• 3–5 years of working experience in QSR.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain service standards.
