Ashish Life Science Pvt Limited is seeking a Senior Executive - RM Procurement to manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials for the pharmaceutical sector in Mumbai. The candidate will handle RM procurement for API, excipients, and chemicals, oversee PO creation for R&D and PV, and drive supplier performance and audits.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Procurement or related field.
• Experience: 6-8 years in raw material procurement, preferably Pharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities

• Source RM API/Excipients/ Chemicals for regulated and non-regulated markets.
• Create POs for R&D and PV as required.
• Ensure timely vendor follow-up and delivery.
• Coordinate vendor audits for new suppliers.
• Vendor evaluation and performance monitoring.
• Cross-functional coordination.
• Strong communication skills.
• Maintain MIS reports.
• Follow up with accounts on vendor payments.

We are looking for a Senior Executive - RM Procurement to manage end-to-end procurement for Pharmaceuticals RM materials. The role focuses on vendor development, cost optimization, and ensuring timely, high-quality, and sustainable packaging solutions that align with brand and product needs.

About the Role

The Senior Executive - RM Procurement will be responsible for managing the procurement process for raw materials in the Pharmaceuticals sector.

Responsibilities

Job Description/ Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing of RM API /Excipient /Chemical for NDP for regulated market and non-regulated
• PO creation as per user requirement for R&D and PV
• Timely follow up with vendor and ensure delivery on time.
• Vendor development of RM & PM and co-ordination for audit of the vendors facility in case of new vendors
• Vendor evaluation and performance
• Close co-ordination with Cross functional team
• Communications Skill
• MIS
• Follow with account for timely vendor payment.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field
• Experience: 6-8 years of raw procurement experience in any B2B industry, preferred experience in Pharmaceuticals

• Strong procurement, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Sound understanding of packaging materials and processes
• Proficiency in ERP/SAP or similar procurement tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Pharmaceuticals industry Only ( Formulations)
