Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the planning,execution, and coordination of construction and waterproofing projects across Kerala. Theidealcandidate will possess strong technical knowledge, hands-on project management experience, and the ability to effectively coordinate between various stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall planning, execution, and management of civil constructionandwaterproofing projects.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project executives, contractors, and vendors toensureuninterrupted project workflows.
• Monitor project schedules, track milestones, and assist in maintaining budgetaryandtimeconstraints.
• Prepare daily and weekly project progress reports and submit updates to theTechnicalCoordinator.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines across all sites.
• Provide on-ground technical and operational support to site teams and troubleshoot project related issues

Support in the procurement process and coordination with vendors for timelydeliveryofmaterials and services.

Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess work progress, compliance, and quality control.
