Job summary

Constrosafe Solutions in India is seeking a Waterproofing Site Execution professional with at least 3 years of relevant experience to manage water-proofing works across various areas including podiums, toilets, balconies, terraces and basements.

You will oversee manpower planning, ensure safety, coordinate with client engineers and PMC for timely bill certification, and maintain detailed measurement records and daily reporting. Proficiency in Excel and basic AutoCAD will be beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant waterproofing experience.
• Ability to read construction drawings and plans.
• Knowledge of construction site practices and safety.
• Proficient in Excel; basic Autocad skills.

Responsibilities

• Waterproofing site execution across podiums, toilets, balconies, terrace and basements.
• Plan manpower utilization and enforce safety.
• Carry out testing and leakage rectification.
• Manage material inventory and forecast.
• Prepare measurement records and joint measurement records.
• Coordinate with client engineers and PMC for timely bill certification.
• Maintain daily reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience for Waterproofing and Construction Project Team Handling, Awareness about complete waterproofing application chain from surface preparation to final testing/handover. Knowledge of Construction Site Practices and Safety, Working Knowledge of Excel and Autocad, Ability to read Construction Drawings, Good Communication and Co-ordination Skills.
