Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans with scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Lead cross-functional teams across design, procurement, production, dispatch, installation, and commissioning.
• Monitor quality, ensure timely completion, and manage costs.
• Prepare SOPs and troubleshooting FAQs.
• Coordinate with clients for FAT, PG, and final sign-off.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; ensure safety and compliance.

Job Title: Manager Projects

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our turnkey projects from conception to completion from Special Purpose Machine Manufacturing companies. Who is design engineer himself and who has worked setting up industrial machinery in cement, steel and mining industry domain. Should be willing to travel to project sites .The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning (20%)

• 1. Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation in reference to the contract document. Involved in defining the service contract document along with the client.
• 2. Define project objectives, deliverables, project milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Project Execution (40%)

• 1. Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including design, procurement, production, dispatch, installation and commissioning.
• 2. Coordinate and oversee project activities, monitor the quality of work, manage ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
• 3. Manage project budget, tracking expenses, and identifying areas for cost optimization.
• 4. Prepare SOPS and troubleshooting FAQs.
• 5.Coordinate with the client for FAT, PG and final sign off

Risk Management (15%)

• 1. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
• 2. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Stakeholder Management (15%)

• 1. Communicate project progress, issues, and changes to stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
• 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

Project Close-out (10%)

• 1. Ensure project completion, documentation, and handover to clients.
• 2. Conduct post-project reviews, identifying lessons learned and areas for improvement.
• 3. Compliance to Payment terms by follow up with the clients.

Requirements:

Education

• - Bachelors degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field.

Experience

• - Minimum 10-15 years of experience in managing turnkey projects, preferably in [industry/sector].
• - Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
