Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of agriculture allied activities and NTFP interventions.
  • Develop and refine field-level strategies aligned with project goals.
  • Mentor and strengthen field teams to build technical and managerial capacities.
  • Support teams in resolving field-level challenges and removing bottlenecks.
  • Drive intensive community engagement processes with rural communities and local institutions.
  • Establish and manage stakeholder relationships, including liaison with government departments and local administration.
  • Oversee data collection, data processing, monitoring and evaluation processes.
  • Ensure timely reporting, compliance, and achievement of project milestones.
  • Ensure that S. M. Sehgal Foundation’s vision, mission, values, culture, policies, and procedures are adhered to.
  • Undertake any other responsibility assigned by management as per organizational requirements.

Job Description

The Assistant Program Lead will provide strong field leadership for agriculture allied activities and NTFP‑based livelihood interventions in Amrabad. The role requires strategic planning, intensive team leadership, stakeholder management, community engagement, and strong execution capability to ensure high‑quality project delivery.
