Job Description

• Support execution of partnership and fundraising strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Identify and pursue funding opportunities, contributing to achievement of fundraising targets
• Develop high‑quality proposals in collaboration with implementation and technical teams, aligned with partner requirements
• Manage partner relationships, ensuring regular communication, engagement, and satisfaction
• Track project deliverables and expenses, and proactively update partners on progress, delays, and key developments in coordination with Project Leads
• Coordinate with Partner Communication teams to align on visibility, branding, and dissemination requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective planning and execution of partner‑funded projects
• Prepare and share timely project updates, reports, and communication materials with partners
• Maintain and track partnership pipelines, proposals, and reporting through proper documentation and MIS
• Ensure compliance with partner requirements, reporting standards, and organizational policies
• Support partnership development efforts, including research, outreach, and relationship building
• Participate in partner meetings, events, and external engagements as required
• Ensure adherence to the organization’s vision, mission, values, policies, and procedures
