Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare course Materials and engage students in active learning.
• Guide Students on academics, research and career related matters and supervise students projects and theses.
• Participate in departmental and institutional activities, serving on committees, and helping in recruitment and mentor new faculty members.
• Mentor and advise students on their academic and career paths.
• Attend conferences and workshops for professional development.
• Give lectures and paper presentations in seminars.
• Assist students in developing/designing projects, patents and case studies to aid teaching.
• Develop methods of innovative teaching by creating minimum 5 case studies per year and discussing with studies.

Key Responsibilities-

• Deliver courses in areas such as organisational behaviour, Strategic Management, finance, statistics or Operations & Others.
