Job summary

Shri Venkateshwara University in Meerut invites applications for a Management lecturer. The role requires delivering lectures on management subjects in line with UGC guidelines and developing innovative teaching methods.

Candidates should have UGC NET or PhD in Management (or as per UGC norms), strong communication skills, and willingness to relocate to Meerut or nearby. Immediate joiners with short notice are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and cover Management related subjects as per the UGC guidelines.
• Create, develop and implement innovative teaching techniques.
• Monitor and observe the students attendance, progress and assessments.
• Evaluate and maintain the students performance reports.
• Mentor and supervise student research, dissertation and internships.
• Support industry-academia collaborations, internships and certification programs.
• Participate in organizing workshops, seminars, guest lectures and faculty development programs.
• Facilitate industry interaction to enhance students' employability and practical skills.
• Contribute to accreditation and quality assurance initiatives such as NBA, NAAC, NIRF and related academic processes.
