Educational Qualification

• Ph.D. in Management (Mandatory)
• MBA/PGDM with specialization in Finance from a recognized university/institution.
• Qualifications must be as per AICTE/UGC/University norms.

Experience

• Relevant teaching, research, and academic experience as per AICTE/UGC regulations.
• Industry experience in the Finance domain will be an added advantage.
• Experience in curriculum development, student mentoring, and academic administration is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate management courses, especially in Finance.
• Develop and deliver high-quality lectures, case studies, and practical learning sessions.
• Guide student projects, internships, dissertations, and research work.
• Publish research papers in reputed journals and contribute to funded research projects.
• Participate in accreditation activities such as NBA, NAAC, and NIRF.
• Organize seminars, workshops, FDPs, conferences, and industry interaction programs.
• Mentor students for placements, entrepreneurship, and career development.
• Perform academic and administrative responsibilities assigned by the department and institution.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Financial Management, Investment Analysis, Financial Markets, Corporate Finance, Accounting, and Banking.
• Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills.
• Research orientation with quality publications and academic contributions.
• Proficiency in digital teaching tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Ability to collaborate with industry and academic stakeholders.

Preferred Profile

• Candidates with Scopus/SCI/UGC CARE publications, patents, consultancy projects, funded research, or industry certifications will be preferred.
