Qualifications

• First Class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant discipline.
• Minimum 02 years of teaching experience
• Experience in handling academic administration / institutional development preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver postgraduate courses as per AKTU MBA curriculum.
• Develop innovative teaching methodologies including case-based learning.
• Supervise dissertations, research projects, and internships.
• Design curriculum enrichment activities.
• Publish high-quality research in indexed journals.
• Secure funded research projects / consultancy assignments.
• Organize conferences, FDPs, MDPs, and workshops.
• Promote industry-academia collaboration.
• Contribute to NAAC / NBA accreditation documentation.
• Serve on statutory bodies and institutional committees.
• Mentor students and support their development.
• Establish corporate partnerships.
• Facilitate placements and live projects.

1. Position Summary

The Assistant Professor – MBA Finance shall be responsible for contributing to teaching, research, consultancy, institutional development, and accreditation processes in accordance with AICTE and Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) norms.

Educational Qualification & Experience:

• MBA / PGDM (2 years full-time) with specialization in the finance area.
• First Class or equivalent at either Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the relevant discipline.
