Job summary

Godrej Properties is seeking a Project Planning & Scheduling professional in Pune to develop master schedules and baseline plans, define milestones and critical paths, and implement WBS/CPM in collaboration with design, procurement and contracts teams.

You will monitor progress, analyze variances, and develop mitigation plans to ensure on-time delivery of residential and township projects. Proficiency in MS Project and advanced Excel is required; NICMAR is preferred.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Civil Engineering is required.
• Postgraduate PM qualification (NICMAR preferred) is desirable.

Role & responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and baseline plans.
• Prepare master schedules, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules.
• Define project milestones, critical paths, and activity sequencing.
• Implement Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Critical Path Method (CPM).

Project Monitoring & Controls

• Track project progress against planned schedules.
• Analyze schedule variances and identify project delays.
• Develop mitigation and recovery plans to achieve project timelines.
• Monitor project performance and milestone adherence.

Resource & Cost Planning

• Plan and optimize manpower, material, equipment, and subcontractor resources.
• Coordinate with project execution, procurement, design, and contracts teams.
• Support budget monitoring and project cost control activities.

Required Qualifications

• BE / BTech in Civil Engineering.
• Post-Graduation in Project Management (NICMAR preferred).
