Qualifications

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

• Strong knowledge of scheduling, baseline planning, milestones, and recovery planning.
• Experience in monitoring progress, delays and corrective actions.
• Able to work with cash-flow data, MIS reports and project dashboards.
• Coordinate with site teams, logistics, finance, and other stakeholders.
• Proficient in preparing daily/weekly progress reports and project documentation.
• Analytical thinking, organization, communication, detail-oriented, proactive risk id.

Responsibilities

Role and Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Scheduling

• Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules against baseline milestones.
• Develop project-wise site setup and logistics strategies before mobilization.
• Track project milestones and identify potential delays.

2. Progress Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor project progress and prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
• Highlight delays, risks, and escalation points through data-based reporting.
• Verify physical completion of finishing milestones before reporting.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate project progress review meetings (PRM) with site and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare meeting agendas, Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and action trackers.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of action items.

4. Cash-Flow & Recovery Planning

• Prepare project cash-flow inputs in coordination with the CFO team.
• Develop monthly recovery plans to address project delays and schedule slippages.
• Track recovery actions and monitor closure of critical delays.

5. Labour Productivity Monitoring

• Review site-wise labour output and productivity against planned norms.
• Identify productivity gaps and coordinate corrective actions with site teams.

6. MIS & Documentation

• Maintain project schedule trackers, GFC status trackers, and follow-up logs.
• Prepare periodic progress MIS and dashboards.
• Ensure accurate and audit-ready progress records and reports.

7. Review & Control

• Review PRM records and action-item closure status.
• Check daily and weekly progress reports for accuracy and delay highlights.
• Maintain schedule revision control and milestone verification records.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Relevant experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls within the real estate or construction industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of project scheduling, baseline planning, milestone tracking, and recovery planning.
• Project Controls: Experience in monitoring project progress, identifying delays, and tracking corrective actions.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to work with cash-flow data, labour productivity, MIS reports, and project dashboards.
• Coordination Skills: Ability to coordinate effectively with site teams, logistics, finance, commercial, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Reporting Skills: Proficiency in preparing daily/weekly progress reports, schedules, trackers, and project review documentation.
• Personal Attributes: Strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, communication, attention to detail, and proactive risk identification.
